How to stay focused despite feeling uninspired ?

Motivation is often the result of action, not the cause of it. Getting started, even in very small ways, is a form of active inspiration that naturally produces momentum.

  1. Start each day with a quick review of things you want to complete for that day. List them based on priority.

  2. Break down big project into palatable small tasks.

  3. Set timers for each small task and get it done.

  4. Give yourself small rewards along the way, maybe a midday coffee or a nice lunch.

  5. Make sure to keep active, set aside time to move, a small workout and get that endorphins in the system.

  6. Always look back and remind yourself of your ultimate GOAL.

You’ll be amazed looking back and analysing all the things you have accomplished in a month.
